　　進行完前面的幾步后，我們還要對它進行化學轉化處理，我們需要其表面能夠形成密而均勻的連續薄膜，這一步的工藝處理等同于對其進行磷化處理，但它們使用的溶液不同。機箱機的電子外殼轉化膜以鉻酸/鹽酸、磷酸/鹽酸和氟氫酸為基礎，轉化膜質量通常為215g/㎡，轉化膜形成后，必須用清水清洗，然后用熱風干燥，以增強膜層的硬度。
