鈑金加工的基本流程:

　　The basic process of sheet metal processing:

　　1.剪切:指用剪切機從物料中獲得矩形工件的工藝過程。

　　2.沖裁:是指用激光切割或數(shù)控沖床對工件進(jìn)行沖孔的工藝過程。

　　7.沖孔:也叫“翻邊”，是指在普通沖床或其他設(shè)備上，將模具形成的圓孔邊緣翻上來的工藝過程。

　　8.攻絲:指在工件上加工內(nèi)螺紋的工藝過程。

　　11. Riveting: refers to the process of firmly pressing rivet nuts, rivet screws, or rivet nut columns onto workpieces using a punch or hydraulic press. 12. Riveting: refers to the process of first enlarging the hole on the workpiece, and then firmly pressing the rivet nut onto the workpiece with a punch or hydraulic press.

　　13.制圖:指類似鉚接的工序。用母槍將鉚釘螺母和其他連接件牢固連接到工件上的工藝過程。

　　13. Drawing: Refers to a process similar to riveting. The process of firmly connecting rivets, nuts, and other connectors to the workpiece using a mother gun.

　　14.鉚接:是指以鉚釘為工具，用模具、銼刀、磨床等將兩個或兩個以上工件緊密連接，加工兩個或兩個以上工件尖角的工藝過程。

　　24.整平:是指加工前后工件不平時，用其他設(shè)備將工件整平的過程。

　　25.退齒:指工件第二次提前帶齒修復(fù)的過程。

　　37.植入焊接:指用植入焊槍將植入焊接螺釘牢固地焊接在工件上的過程。

　　37. Implantation welding: refers to the process of firmly welding the implantation welding screw onto the workpiece using an implantation welding gun.

　　38.焊接拋光:主要是指用磨床、銼刀等工具將工件的焊疤磨平、整平的工藝過程。

　　38. Welding and polishing: mainly refers to the process of using tools such as grinding machines and files to smooth and level the welding scars of workpieces.

　　39.預(yù)處理:是指在涂裝或噴粉前，用電解液對工件進(jìn)行脫脂除銹，并對工件表面進(jìn)行涂裝和清洗的工藝過程。

　　39. Pre treatment: refers to the process of degreasing and rust removing the workpiece with electrolyte before painting or powder coating, and coating and cleaning the surface of the workpiece.

　　40.刮削:是指用原子灰彌補工件表面缺陷，如焊接間隙或凹坑的工藝過程。

　　41.刮擦拋光:主要是指用平面磨床或砂布對刮擦后的工件表面進(jìn)行拋光的過程。

　　42.噴油:指用專用噴槍在工件表面均勻噴涂油漆的過程。

　　45.電鍍:是指在工件表面鍍一層金屬以保護(hù)或美化工件的過程。

　　45. Electroplating: refers to the process of coating a layer of metal on the surface of a workpiece to protect or beautify it.

　　46.氧化:指在工件表面形成氧化膜，保護(hù)或美化工件的過程。

　　46. Oxidation: refers to the process of forming an oxide film on the surface of a workpiece to protect or beautify it.

　　47.噴砂:指用噴砂機對工件表面進(jìn)行噴砂處理的過程。

　　47. Sandblasting: refers to the process of sandblasting the surface of a workpiece using a sandblasting machine.

　　47.裝配:指將兩個以上工件裝配在一起的工藝過程。

　　47. Assembly: refers to the process of assembling two or more workpieces together.

　　48.包裝:指保護(hù)工件以方便運輸?shù)倪^程。

　　48. Packaging: refers to the process of protecting workpieces for easy transportation.

　　49.其他:斷差、拉拔、背壓、拔齒、沙拉通孔。

　　49. Other: fracture, pulling, back pressure, tooth pulling, salad through-hole.
