一、GCK柜和GCS、MNS柜抽屜推進機構(gòu)不同。
1、 The drawer pushing mechanism of GCK cabinet is different from that of GCS and MNS cabinet.
抽屜采用開門或帶門操作方式。開門操作時抽屜采用拔把式二位置、拔把式三位置操作機構(gòu)和螺旋式推進機構(gòu)、帶門操作時抽屜采用CXJG型操作機構(gòu)。

二、GCS與的區(qū)別：

1.柜體形式不同：GCS柜只能做單面操作柜，深800。MNS柜可以做雙面操作柜，深1000。

2.原產(chǎn)地不同：GCS國內(nèi)自主研發(fā)。MNS是從ABB公司引進的。GCS是從96年開始投放市場，很多方面都是仿照MNS，例如水平母線，進出線方式等。

3.鋼型拼裝不同：GCS是由8MF（KS）型鋼拼裝而成，而MNS是由C（KB）型鋼拼裝的。從強度上來講GCS要優(yōu)于MNS。但是從美觀度上來講，MNS要比GCS好看，很多廠家都采用C型材做GCS。GCS原始設計大電流只能做到4000A，而MNS可以達到更高，經(jīng)過很多改進GCS現(xiàn)在達到6300A。
3. Different steel section assembly: GCS is assembled by 8MF (KS) section steel, while MNS is assembled by C (KB) section steel. In terms of strength, GCS is better than MNS. But from the aesthetic point of view, MNS is better than GCS, many manufacturers use C profile to make GCs. The original design of GCs can only achieve 4000A high current, while MNS can achieve a higher current. After many improvements, GCS now reaches 6300A.
4.抽屜機構(gòu)不同：GCS采用旋轉(zhuǎn)推進機構(gòu)（CJG-1~3），而MNS采用的是大聯(lián)鎖。相比之下GCS抽屜比MNS抽屜插拔更省力。
4. The drawer mechanism is different: GCS adopts rotary propulsion mechanism (cjg-1 ~ 3), while MNS adopts large interlock. In contrast, GCS drawer is more labor-saving than MNS drawer.
5.安裝模數(shù)不同：MNS柜安裝模數(shù)是25mm而GCS是20mm，GCS多可以做11層抽屜，MNS可以做9層X2面。所以GCS多22個抽屜，而MNS多72個抽屜。MNS在小電流方面有優(yōu)勢，而GCS在大電流方面有優(yōu)勢。
5. Different installation module: the installation module of MNS cabinet is 25 mm, while that of GCs is 20 mm. GCs can be used as 11 layers drawer at most, and MNS can be used as 9 layers x2. So GCS has up to 22 drawers and MNS has up to 72 drawers. MNS has advantages in small current, while GCS has advantages in large current.
