1、鈑金機柜不允許有肉眼可見傾斜或局部歪、扭現象存在?？蚣芰⒅c底座垂直度為小于1.5mm。檢測時以底座上表面為基準，以立柱上端內沿面為測量點。

1. Sheet metal cabinets are not allowed to have visible tilting or local tilting or twisting. The verticality between the frame column and the base is less than 1.5mm. During inspection, the upper surface of the base is taken as the reference and the inner edge surface of the upper end of the column is taken as the measurement point.

2、頂框與底座平行度為小于1mm。檢測點為底座上表面及頂框下表面，且互為基準。也可通過測量六面之對角線的長度，相差不得超過2.5mm來檢測。有中隔板者，頂框與底座平行度可放寬1.5mm，中隔板與頂框或底座平行度為小于1mm。

2. The parallelism between the top frame and the base is less than 1mm. The detection points are the upper surface of the base and the lower surface of the top frame, and they serve as benchmarks for each other. It can also be detected by measuring the length of the diagonal of the six sides, with a difference of no more than 2.5mm. For those with a middle partition, the parallelism between the top frame and the base can be relaxed to 1.5mm, and the parallelism between the middle partition and the top frame or base should be less than 1mm.

3、上、下圍框的對角線之差的值小于1.5mm。

3. The absolute difference between the diagonal lines of the upper and lower bounding boxes is less than 1.5mm.

4、立柱不能有扭曲現象，各立柱與上、下圍框相連的兩端交接線與圍框相鄰平面的平行度為小于0.5mm。

4. The columns should not have any distortion, and the parallelism between the intersection lines at both ends of each column connected to the upper and lower frames and the adjacent planes of the frames should be less than 0.5mm.

5、支撐插箱的滑道，同一層的左、右滑道所組成的工作面相對底座上表面的平行度為1mm，且應保證插箱裝入后相鄰兩面板之間間隙之差的值不得超過0.6mm。

5. The parallelism of the working surface composed of the left and right slides on the same layer supporting the insertion box with respect to the surface of the base is 1mm, and it should be ensured that the absolute difference in gap between adjacent panels after insertion of the insertion box does not exceed 0.6mm.
